How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to ship orders out within 2-3 business days. Depending on the shipping method you selected, and your destination address, orders can take 3-7 business days to reach you.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

After 24 hours has passed, or if a tracking number was sent to the customer, there is no cancellation or refund. To cancel an order, send us an email at reggaerootshair@gmail.com with your name and order number. 

What is your return policy?

ReggaeRoots Hair does not accept returns due to the type of product that is being sold. All sales are final.

Is there an exchange policy?

If items were delivered in a bad condition, an exchange can be offered. Please be aware that there needs to be evidence of the damaged item. There will be no need to send the damaged item back to us.

What if my product was damaged when delivered?

If you received your order and it is damaged, please email us at reggaerootshair@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number and picture of your damaged/defective order. We will get back to you within 1-2 days. 

What if I never received my package?

When a shipment is sent out for delivery and is lost or stolen, we are not liable. It is your duty to file a claim with the shipping company if an item was lost or stolen (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). To help you with your claim inquiry, we will give you the address, shipping carrier information, tracking information, and date of delivery. The shipping company will compensate you for your stolen or lost package.

Do you ship to P.O boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, there is worldwide shipping. Currency can be changed by scrolling to the bottom of the home page of our website.
